Delimas Curry Laksa is widely used for traditonal Malaysian Curry Laksa, a popular spicy coconut-based curry noodle soup in Malaysia. The main ingredients for most versions of curry laksa include tofu puffs, fish sticks, shrimp and cockles.

Suggested Cooking Instructions:

Mix 1 packet of Delimas Curry Laksa Paste in 1 litre boiling water, 1 can (400ml) coconut milk and 100g fried tofu. Bring to a quick boil and switch to low flame.

Blanch 600g cooked noodle and some beans sprouts, divide into 6 equal portions and transfer to 6 bowls. Place hard-boiled egg, some cooked prawns, a few slices of cooked meat, and some mint leaves on each bowl of noodle.

Pour in hot curry laksa soup and serve hot.

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 100g paste with 500ml hot water and 200ml coconut milk.

Put in some fried tofu, fish balls, prawns and thik slices of meat.

Cover and cook on high for 5 minutes*.

Add 300g cookes noodle and some bean sprouts.

Cook for another 2 minutes.
